The Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court granted status quo on construction of G+11 floor flat scheme by Prayag Developers at Swawlambi Nagar (mouzaBhamti). The Process Server Co-operative Housing Society members and office-bearer Sanjay Nakhate had filed a writ petition in the HC challenging the building plan sanctioned by the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC). Judges RK Deshpande and Vinay Joshi on Friday asked the parties to maintain status quo. “Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal of the matter returnable on March 29. The learned assistant government pleader waives service of notice to the respondents (state government, city survey office and competent authority of Urban Land Ceiling,” the judges said.
