Bengaluru’s First Compact Luxury Homes Debuts with Vaishnavi Serene

Vaishnavi Serene, Bengaluru’s first compact luxury homes was launched recently. This project by renowned developers, Vaishnavi Group is located at Yelahanka, adjacent to the CRPF Campus and is spread over 11 acres of land. It comprises of 896 compact luxury homes – 512 3BHK units (between 1060-1118sqft of super built up area), 300 2BHK units (between 900-950sqft of super built up area) and 84 1BHK units(between 635-640 sqft of super built-up area), placed in a Ground plus 4 setting. Over 60% is dedicated to open spaces and these homes are Vaastu-compliant as well. This is the first project in the city to be built using European off-site precast technology that enables modular construction - which further assures better quality and timely delivery. Speaking at the launch of Vaishnavi Serene, C.N Govindraju, Managing Director, Vaishnavi Group said, “We wanted to create a project that is best suited for the current home buyers in the city – one which allows for a premium lifestyle at an optimal value. Speaking on the architecture of the project, Suresh Marthandan, Principal Architect, Destination Designs says, “The design of the space reflects the name – Serenity. Considering the location, the placement of homes is such that is plays to the natural strengths of the landscape. Tree-lined avenues, vast, open views from balconies and extensive landscaping ensure that there is a constant visual connect with nature. In a move to make the community pedestrian friendly, all vehicular traffic is also restricted to the outer periphery contributing to the peace of the residential space.
