Avanta India announces expansion plans in Mumbai
One of the leading business center services providers in the Delhi-NCR region, Avanta India has announced its plans to expand its operations in the Mumbai. Initially, the company is looking to start its operations in the BKC (Bandra-Kurla complex) and Lower Parel area. The company has already allocated an investment of Rs. 100 million to meet the initial infrastructural requirements in Mumbai. Avanta India has initially shortlisted locations in the commercial hubs of Mumbai with more than 4 lakh people working in various offices throughout the BKC. The complex is also in close proximity to the Mumbai Airport and houses renowned corporate houses and organizations such as Wockhardt, ICICI and the National Stock Exchange etc. Lower Parel on the other hand, is extremely well-connected via train lines and also houses a lot of large corporate houses. With a seating capacity of 300 to 350, Avanta’s services in Mumbai will be operational from the third or the Fourth quarter of this year.
