Arihant & and Ashiana Housing JV Acquires 10.44 Acres Land in Tamil Nadu
Arihant Foundations & Housing and Ashiana Housing backed joint venture company, Kairav Developers has acquired a piece of land admeasuring 10.44 Acres at Nemmeli Village, East Coast Road, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengelpet District, Sub Registration District of Thiruporur, Registration District of Chengalpattu (Tamilnadu). The acquisition is to develop a senior living project with approximate saleable area of 5 lakh sq. ft. At around 11.48 am, Arihant Foundations was trading at Rs40.40 per piece down by 3.5% on Sensex. The current stock level was the intraday high today. However, the stock is lower from the previous closing of Rs41.85 per piece on Friday. Meantime. Ashiana Housing was trading at Rs175.55 per piece up 1.09% on Sensex. The stock has touched an intraday high and low of Rs188.80 per piece and Rs175 per piece respectively.
