The 10th Realty Plus Conclave and excellence Awards- North 2018 in association with BW BusinessWorldon  October11 at Hotel Pullman, Aerocity New Delhi came to a splendid finale with celebrities from the fields of real estate, branding & architecture being part of the event. The Conclave themed “Indian Realty: Stealing the spotlight” during the day was packed with informative sessions. The first panel on Traditional V/s Co-working: Breaking the Da’Vinci Code was moderated by Gaurav Karnik, Partner, Tax and Regulatory Services, Ernst & Young. The second panel discussion on Indian Realty Young Stalwarts: Challenges or Opportunities, was moderated by Amit Wadhwani, Managing Director, SAI Estate Consultant Chembur Pvt. Ltd and the panel of young realty professionals consisted of Bani G. Anand, Director ATS Greens; Ashish Agarwal, Director- Agarwal Associates Group; Ssumit Berry, Managing Director, BDI Group; Sahil Kapoor - Regional Director - RE/MAX India; Yash Miglani, Managing Director Migsun and Nikhil Jain, MD, Alpro Industries.Coming from the various segments of Indian real estate they gave their own views on how as a young entrepreneur the road ahead lies for them. The speakers concurred on the tough times facing the realty industry but were of the opinion that the developers are changing with changing times and a positive disruption is visible in the sector. The highlights of the conclave were the two invigorating Fireside chats. The first interactive session between India’s top architects on the subject of “The confluence of design and real estate sector”, brought about the various pain points as well as the solution of integrated project development for the better building solutions and social infrastructure.
