Actor Ranbir Kapoor buys a new home worth Rs. 35 Cr
Bollywood Actor Ranbir Kapoor has purchased a apartment in Pali Hill for Rs 35 crore. According to media report “Ranbir Kapoor has paid a whopping amount of Rs 1.42 lakh per square feet, which is the highest ever paid money as per square feet rate in Mumbai so far.” Therefore, the apartment that comes with two parking slots is priced Rupees 35 crore. The 12-storey tower is also close to the Kapoor family's Krishna Raj bungalow. However, Pali Hill has been one of the most favourite destinations of residence for a lot of Bollywood celebs. From those among the B-Towners who call Pali Hill a home include Aamir Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Dilip Kumar, Prem Chopra, Gulzar many more.
