Realty+, the leading publication dedicated to the real estate industry of India celebrated the 11thRealty+ Conclave and Excellence Award 2019- Gujarat on 14th June in Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad. The vibrant event emphasised the current topics of the sector and honoured the leaders of the industry in the presence of Gujarat realty’s influencers. The day’s enlightening conclave sessions touched upon the issues ranging from finance and marketing to technology and design as well as the real estate current scenario & trends. The First Session of the Day “How to be Creative: Traditional & Non-Traditional Capital Sources” deliberated on capital & liquidity issues in real estate. The session was moderated by Pavan Bakeri, Managing Director, Bakeri Group and the expert panel included Chetan Shah, Executive Director | Kotak Realty Fund, Kotak Investment Advisors Ltd., Farid Karachiwala, Partner, J. The Third Panel Discussion “Who Moved My Cheese: Real Estate Digital Marketing Transformation” witnessed a heated debate on novel marketing strategies among panellists Chitrak Shah, Managing Director, Shivalik Group, Deep Vadodaria, Director, NILA Spaces Ltd., Karan Bhatia, Director - Marketing & Sales, HRG Group, Govind Rai, Co-Founder, RealtyX, Chirag Dagli, Founder & Director, Communication Crafts. The very interesting session on “Real Estate after Elections: Trends Expected to Emerge” had some pertinent issues raised by the moderator Amit Wadhwani, Co-Founder, Sai Estate Consultants ChemburPvt. Ltd. and debated by the panellists, Ashish Shah, Chairman & Managing Director, Shree Balaji Group, Jayesh Kariya, Real Estate Expert, Consultant & Chartered Accountant, BSR Affiliates,Ranjeev Mahindru, CEO Adani Realty, Sameer Sinha, Managing Director, Savvy Infrastructures Pvt. The last but not the least, the design-oriented debate on “The Gift that Keeps Giving: Designing Cities for People” moderated by none other than Kartikeya Sarabhai, Founder & Director, Centre For Environment Education and panellists, Ar. Parul Zaveri, Co-Founder & Principal Architect, Abhikram, Dipesh Shah, Head - Business Development & Chief (IFSC), GIFT City, Ar. The Realty+ Excellence Awards evening had some inspiring addresses by the avid media personality Dr.AnnuragBatra, Editor-In-Chief, Business World & Chairman exchange4media Group. And Vipul Mitra, Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Gujarat as also the dynamic Jaxay Shah, Chairman - CREDAI India & Managing Director - Savvy Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and high-spirited Amit Wadhwani, Co-Founder, Sai Estate Consultants ChemburPvt. Ltd from Mumbai. Ms JankiVasant Founder NGO, Samvedna was also present during the evening. As the awards night progressed, Realty+ went on to felicitate renowned individuals of the industry with the prestigious ‘Scroll of Honour Trophy’. The evening concluded with the prestigious Realty+ Excellence Awards ceremony.
