28 new housing projects registered with TNRERA
A total of 28 new housing projects have been registered with the Tamil NaduReal Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA) till January 18. This takes the total number of housing projects registered by the realty regulator to more than 300 since the authority came into being in Tamil Nadu on June 22 last year. A chunk of the projects registered with the real estate regulator are located in Kancheepuram, Coimbatore and Chennai districts. Of the 28 projects, 18 are situated in Chennai and its peripheries, data available on the TNRERA portal said.
