World's first offsite manufacturing park
KEF Infra, India's only integrated offsite manufacturing company that manufactures hospitals, schools, hotels & homes, officially launched KEF Infra One Industrial Park in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu in the presence of Narayana Murthy, Founder of Infosys on 19th December. Built on an area of one million square feet and developed at an investment of INR 650 crores, KEF Infra One at Krishnagiri is the largest fully integrated offsite manufacturing park in the world. Commenting on the launch of KEF Infra One, Faizal E. Kottikollon, Chairman, KEF Holdings said, “Today, India is at the cusp of growth led by innovation and we are pioneering an age where technology is being effectively integrated into infrastructure, thus heralding industrial revolution 4.0. Our aim is to fast forward this progress by radically changing the landscape of infrastructure in India. Offsite manufacturing of infrastructure reduces delivery timeby up to two-thirds, thereby speeding up the construction process..” In the future, KEF Infra aims to leverage its success in India to the UAE market, and export the nation’s global vision of innovation and technology-led development to markets such as Middle East & Africa, to specifically address the sustainable construction demands in the region.
