Now the Government has announced HUBLI-DHARWAD as one of the 100 smart cities to participate in the “Smart City” Challenge and work is in progress. IIT is also established. It is a transportation and Education Hub in North Karnataka, and these are the major drivers in the residential and commercial real estate market of this region. There is a growing demand for residences from working professionals in Bengaluru. We have also received enquiries for commercial projects here from Retailers.”
Talking about the opportunities & challenges, Tejprakash Mahajan stated, “From last quarter of 2019-20 tier-II cities have done better than the metro cities. Likewise, the demand for real estate market in HUBLI has grown in the past few years. However, the developer’s association bodies have not been giving enough attention to the issues and challenges of developers in the tier-II cities especially in Karnataka. Their major focus remains on Bengaluru.”

Dinesh Mahajan shared “The post pandemic, work from home lifestyle has caused a lot of people to move to Hubli from nearby, crowded tier-I cities. Company’s CSR Activity
SUVIDHA prioritizes activities that involve giving back to society and building the community. Their major CSR activity is to assist in taking care of 35-40 visually impaired students at Shree Channaveer Sharanar Andhar Kalyan Ashram- a Charitable Trust and run by Param Pujya Shri Shivashanthaveer Sharanaru. Dinesh Mahajan has been a trustee of the Ashram and has helped manage the living, education, computer education, and self-independence of the students for the past 20 years.
