With his heart firmly set on the design aspect of construction, he has worked on diversifying the luxury residential properties with the 24K brand in 2010 and has formed various alliances to bring top class design ideas closer home. Nirmal has collaborated with Gauri Khan to design penthouses in their project Glitterati-I in Pune. He has also collaborated with Spain’s famed Porcelanosa Group, known to have furnished some of Europe's finest homes including the British royal family.
