Homebuyers invest a lot into us, and our projects. It is this understanding as well as truly valuing their emotions that drives us to complete our projects as per the specified timelines. What is the purpose of constructing amenities before the apartments? We want our customers and homeowners to enjoy and cherish the amenities provided by us. If we are to construct this after the delivery of the home, they will have to wait for a long period, and not be able to create memories in our homes. Hence we ensure completion of amenities beforehand. With turbulent few years, how has the year 2019 been for the realty sector? Despite the slowdown, prices stabilised, and micro-markets did well, in terms of affordable homes. One of the biggest takeaways from everything that happened was that projects were delivered faster. Additionally, customers today are well informed, and this helped them make quicker buying decisions. Which asset classes saw positive growth/development in the last year. The Mumbai Metropolitan Region saw good traction in the western and central suburbs, owing to affordable prices, and good connectivity. Irrespective of carpet size, most buyers looked for good amenities, features of the area, and connectivity. Additionally, the extended suburbs too saw good traction, as well as central suburbs, which offered ample choice to customers. Future plans for companies’ portfolio expansion We will continue to redefine the city’s skyline with residential projects in the years to come. What we will focus on, is giving homebuyers a different experience of the city, within the city. Greenery, nature and open spaces will define our projects, as well as amenities for the entire family. It is our sole goal to ensure residential development along with increased liveability. We are working towards this, with our projects which are slated to begin construction from the 2nd quarter of the next financial year.
