Which are the Company’s Star products?
Protective Touch is a specially designed laminated layer covering the Mortise handles when they are installed. This layer prevents the surface of the handles from being damaged, stained or disfigured during the construction process.
Once the flats are ready to be handed over to the owners, the laminated layer is peeled off, leaving the handle in pristine condition. This a solution that is beneficial to all concerned; workers do not have to worry about damaging the handles while they are working and owners can be secure in the knowledge that they get everything in mint condition.
Safe Touch, which is an imperceptible anti-microbial and anti-bacterial coated hardware. Safe Touch uses proven silver- based technology, innovated by Dorset, which prevents the spread of bacteria and other microbes. Safe Touch products are effective against a wide array of bacteria, mold, fungi, algae and mildew and provide protection against E.coli, SARS, MSRA, Salmonella, Listeria, C.difficile and various other bacterial spores.
Among its many innovative solutions for the construction industry, one such solution is the Construction Key Cylinder. The premise is simple and easy to execute. While a building is being built, the workers use one set of keys, known as the Construction Key, to access each flat. Once a flat has been handed over to the owner, the Construction Key stops working and the owner is presented with a set of keys known as Owner Key. After its first use, the Owner Key thereafter is the only key capable of locking or unlocking the door of the flat.
