Tom Hanks to sell two houses
Actor Tom Hanks is selling two side by side Pacific Palisades mansions for $18 million. The first house is a 3,930 square-foot, Spanish style villa with four bedrooms and five bathrooms and impressive views of the Santa Monica mountains and it costs $8.75 million. Their second home is a 7,260 square-foot, English country style property, which has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms and it costs $9.25 million.
