Surplus KeyBank real estate auctions announced
Williams & Williams, global leader in live and online real estate auctions has recently announced that it will sell nine former KeyBank locations later this month in public auctions. The real estate which is a mix of single- and multi-tenant buildings have nominal opening bids that range from $25,000 to $100,000.
The auction properties are located in New York, Maine, Washington and Ohio. "This event marks the third round of auctions Williams & Williams has conducted for KeyBank in the last 12 months,” said Fontana Fitzwilson, Executive Vice President of Williams & Williams.
