Rental Prices of Commercial Real Estate Have Declined
From April 2018 to March this year, the average sale price of real estate fell by 3.49 percent. New rents were down 1.56 percent. Sale prices also fell in March. The decline was 0.2 percent in the month, over ten municipalities: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, Curitiba, Florianópolis, Brasília, Salvador, Campinas (SP) and Niterói (RJ). In these cities, the rental price was slightly higher, by 0.07 percent, last month. Stated a research report.
