Real Estate expert joins FTI Consulting
FTI Consulting, the global business advisory firm dedicated to helping organizations protect and enhance their enterprise value, announced that it has expanded the firm’s Real Estate & Infrastructure practice within its Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment with the addition of Greg Gotthardt as a Senior Managing Director. Mr. Gotthardt will be based in Los Angeles. Gotthardt has more than 30 years of experience advising corporations, real estate operating companies, real estate investment trusts (“REITs”), developers, financial institutions and government entities in transactions involving billions of dollars of real estate and real estate loan portfolios. He joins FTI Consulting from Alvarez & Marsal, where he led its West Coast Real Estate Advisory practice. “Greg brings a well-rounded, broad background in real estate consulting that will greatly benefit our clients both on the West Coast and nationally,” said Ronald Greenspan, Co-Leader of the Real Estate & Infrastructure practice at FTI Consulting.
