Egyptian alliance launches real estate finance company
An alliance between Egyptian firms EFG Hermes, Talaat Mostafa Group and GB Capital has launched a real estate finance company, they said in a statement. “The new partnership aims to provide long-term financing for real estate products at competitive prices, commensurate with the financial capabilities of those wishing to buy in order to cope with increasing demand,” the statement said.
