Developer says 108 units sold in new Dubai project in 21 days
Vincitore Realty, a Dubai-based boutique real estate developer, has said it has sold more than 100 units in its third project in just 21 days. Launched last month, VincitoreBenessere, with a development value exceeding AED375 million, features a total of 380 branded residences ranging from studios to 3-bedroom apartments. It also includes a 38,000 sqft high street retail hub to serve the entire community in and around the area. Commenting on the sale of 108 units in three weeks, Vijay Doshi, chairman and managing director of Vincitore Realty, said this in a statement: “This is a great testament to the credibility and legacy being built by Vincitore Realty in such a short time and reflects the investor’s confidence in our properties."
