Developer increases unit count
Miami’s most expensive acre will have a condo tower with more units as planned. The developer of the “lighthouse tower” at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way signed a deal with Miami-Dade to obtain water and sewer for 390 residential units and 1,500 square feet of retail. The documents reveal that Argentina’s Coto family is personally overseeing development in project. German Coto signed the utility paperwork on August 19.
