China Vanke to buy assets
China Vanke Co Ltd was in talks to buy assets in cash, which was a part of property development’s effort to accelerate the development of its new business. Vanke entered into an agreement with the potential seller in assets. Although the initial timeframe to reach a deal has since passed, talks are ongoing. Vanke has appointed intermediaries to conduct due diligence.
