California developer starts new ventures
North Texas' busy industrial building market is getting another project. California-based CT Realty has started construction on a 2-building warehouse and distribution project in North Fort Worth. The 882,565-square-foot Westport Logistics Center development is near Alliance Airport. The new buildings on Westport Parkway are also near Burlington Northern Santa Fe's intermodal rail yard. "The location of an Amazon fulfilment centre adjacent to our site speaks to the established location attributes of this project." Rob Huthnance, the CT partner, said in a statement. The north Fort Worth development is CT Realty's fourth such development in North Texas.
