Up to 10 people at a time will be allowed to attend open homes in Western Australia after the state government eased restrictions implemented in response to the coronavirus pandemic. Real estate agents across the state have only been able to show one person through a property at a time in the four weeks since the state government imposed a two-person only restriction on March 30. However, as of Monday, stage 3 restrictions would be eased following the continually low number of new cases and encouraging response to COVID-19 in WA, Premier Mark McGowan and Health Minister Roger Cook announced.
