Asian investors flocking to China’s realty market
Asia-Pacific investors are taking advantage of growing Chinese distress to invest more in Chinese real estate, new research shows. Although the region's overall real state transaction volumes fell in the first quarter, they are likely to recover later in the year, CBRE says.
