Alabama to open new Dallas office
An Alabama healthcare real estate company announced the opening of a new office in Dallas, the most recent medical building developer to make an expansion play in Dallas-Fort Worth. The Sanders Trust, of Birmingham, develops, buys and manages healthcare properties nationwide. In 2015, the Sanders Trust opened the Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington, a year after the developer broke ground on the Methodist Health System affiliate. Michael Arvin, the director of strategy & development at Sanders Trust, will manage the new Dallas office. Arvin has previously held senior positions at Methodist Health System in Dallas and Tenet Healthcare. In April, Dallas-based Caddis Partners LLC partnered with Invesco Real Estate with plans to buy $1 billion in properties in markets nationwide.
