World Renowned Singer Becomes Face of CSSOS

Central Secretariat Services Society (CSSOS) has signed up well known singer and rock star Guru Randhawa as its brand ambassador. The world renowned singer, who is known for his massive mass appeal, especially among younger generation, formally signed his contract with CSSOS today. The CSSOS is hoping to capitalize on his youth appeal image to increase its outreach and visibility among the upcoming generation of home buyers. Founded by members of civil society, CSSOS is a non-profit organization working towards the construction and development of affordable housing, clubs, and schools for working and retired officials of central/state govt., PSUs and Banks. Its latest project is the development of 23K hectares of land in Zone K under the new LPP of Delhi NCT. Coming on the heels of its maiden foray into the real estate sector, CSSOS, a non-profit working govt. officers welfare society has ventured into the construction and development of affordable housing, clubs, and schools for working and retired officials of central/state govt., PSUs and Banks in L Zone, Dwarka under DDA's Land Polling Policy as per Delhi’s Master Plan 2021 “The nature of the sector is undergoing a sea change. It is no longer a territory of grayed out men. We being a new organization, want to expand our reach beyond the usual home buyers. Alongside our base clientele of working and retired govt. officials and PSU members, we want to brand our homes to the new generation too. We are delighted to have him on board. We are hopeful of a fruitful partnership”, read the society’s press release, quoting NehSrivastav, Under secretary, ministry of home affairs & president CSSOS. “I am excited to be a part of CSSOS’s growth journey as its brand ambassador for and looking forward to a long and mutually successful association.” Said, Bollywood singing sensation Guru Randhawa. Before this, CSSOS had also signed up Olympic medalistSushil Kumar as its brand ambassador. With faces from both the sports and the entertainment, the emphasis has been on giving it a pan youth outlook and increases its credibility among new generation of home buyers.
