Trespect: Sales To Increase Post Covid
TRESPECT, launched a report stating sales from branded real estate developers is set to increase in the post Covid19 period. While these developers had a market share of 41% five years ago in 2015, it will increase to 60-65% by next year. Their corporate governance, adherence to quality standards and on-time delivery will be some of the crucial factors affecting this change. “From our conversation with our prospective and existing customers we have realized that people will be more prudent in investing their saving in buying a home with branded developers who have a clean history of on-time delivery and providing quality standards”, said Sunil Mishra, MD and CEO of Trespect. Additionally, it is estimated that nearly 60% of the market is comprised of units from branded developers who remain committed to delivering quality homes as per promised timelines and may also tend to have lower debt , which augurs well for both consumers and the industry at large.
