Suzlon has received 252 MW wind power project order from a leading global utility as part of Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) II bid. Suzlon will execute the entire project on turnkey basis and will also provide operation and maintenance services. The order is already a part of Q2 FY18 firm order book announced in November 2017. J.P. Chalasani, Group CEO, Suzlon Group, said: “Our strategy of having initial tie-ups is clearly paying off. With the introduction of bidding regime, the industry is poised to grow to 8-10 GW annually.”
