Square Yards opens new offices

Square Yards, a real estate transaction and aggregation platform, has opened new offices in 8 Indian cities namely Lucknow, Kanpur, Patna, Ghaziabad, Dehradun, Meerut, Varanasi and Allahabad. The company has also opened an international office at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Sopan Gupta, Principal Partner of the company said, “Malaysia has a sizeable Indian diaspora of almost 2 million, many of whom would prefer investing back in India. On the domestic front, affordable housing is what is driving housing demand in tier 2 cities. These projects are sought after not only by local residents, but also investors from metros and overseas. With our network of offices, we will be able to provide seamless services to such investors.” With this, Square Yards has now extended its reach to 10 countries and 32 cities across the world. The company plans to increase its footprint to 15 more tier 2 cities in India and 5 more international cities in the next few years.
