REMI launches certification course
Real Estate Management Institute (REMI) has launched a new certification programme for real estate brokers in collaboration with Mumbai realtors' body MCHI CREDAI. This 30-hour part-time programme will be spread over 3 weeks, with the first batch starting October 17, 2016. "With increased regulatory vigilance in the sector through the introduction of RERA 2016, combined with a more informed consumer of today, enhancing their knowledge and building the required skills will be an essential pre-requisite for brokers to remain competitive and stay relevant in an evolving environment," Shubika Bilkha, Business-Head, REMI.
