RattanIndia Power posts strong 3rd Quarter Results
RattanIndia Power Ltd has announced its results for the quarter ended on December 31st, 2015. The company has witnessed the revenue growth of 437% in Q3 FY16 over Q3 FY15. The revenue now stands at Rs 890 crore, up from Rs 166 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Nine month standalone revenue has increased to Rs. 1856 crore from Rs. 496 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year showing a growth of 274%. The company’s EBIDTDA has also increased to Rs 378 crore from Rs 49 crore of Q3 FY15. This showcases the increase of 666% over last year’s third quarter. Rajiv Rattan, Chairman, RattanIndia Power Ltd said, “Last quarter’s results have been the best ever results and we are extremely happy with the tremendous growth of the company over last year. This is the first time that we have registered the revenue of Rs 890 cr. We have achieved the growth of over 400 per cent when compared to the revenue during the same period last year. This shows our remarkable growth during the last year and we are confident and steadily moving towards creating a very strong generating utility.” RattanIndia Power Ltd has also increased its power generation to 2,054 MUs which an increase of 300% over Q3 FY15. EBITDA margin has also improved to 43% from 31% in the corresponding quarter of the last year which shows the growth of 38% YoY.
