Quality Buildcon bags Patna Metro Depot Contract
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) opened financial bids of contract for construction of New ISBT Depot of Patna Metro Rail project and announced the financial positions of all bidders. As per data revealed by DMRC, Delhi based Quality Buildcon Private Limited is emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) among the seven other bidders. The scope of work of contract package PC-02 includes the construction of New ISBT Rail Depot including earth filling, boundary wall, depot buildings, workshop, inspection shed, plumbing, drainage, external development, architectural finishes, road works, design and construction of PEB works etc. at New ISBT Patna for Phase-I of Patna Metro Rail project. As per the tender notice issued by the DMRC on 16th April 2020, the estimated cost of the work was Rs 172.18 crore and the Quality Buildcon Private Limited has quoted Rs 143.35 crore and emerged as the lowest bidder. The contractor will have to complete the construction and other activities for New ISBT Depot in 30 months.
