L&T gets orders worth Rs 1,167 Crore
Larsen & Toubro (L&T) on Monday said its construction arm has bagged orders worth Rs 1,167 crore across business verticals. Order have been received from Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL, Karnataka Urban Water Supply & Distribution Board and Public Health & Municipal Engineering Department (PHMED), Government of Andhra Pradesh. In the water and effluent treatment segment, the company has bagged engineering, procurement and construction orders worth Rs 843 crore from prestigious customers. In metallurgical and material handling business, the company bagged orders worth Rs 259 crore including add-ons. Additional orders worth Rs 65 crore have been bagged by other businesses from various ongoing projects.
