L&T Construction wins orders worth Rs. 2161Cr.
The construction arm of L&T recently has won orders valued Rs.2161Crore across various business segments. Its transportation infrastructure business bagged the design and build order worth Rs847Crore from Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd. and the water and effluent treatment business of the company received an order worth Rs709Crore from Gujarat Water Infrastructure and Rajasthan Urban Drinking Water Sewerage & Infrastructure Corporation. Company’s power transmission and distribution business has bagged EPC orders of Rs403Crore from Power Grid Corporation and Karnataka Solar Power Development Corporation. While, its metallurgical and material handling business took an order worth Rs202Crore.
