Even during the time of COVID-19, the brand continues to grow at a high rate. In the first quarter (Jan-Mar) of 2020, Johnson Pedder registered a growth of 18% at a time when other competition brands recorded a steep a decline. The brand has been able to achieve this thanks to the consumer driven approach that it has when it comes to its product portfolio and its innovative approach to stay connected with their customers. With one of the best quality checks, the products are manufactured under industry standard guidelines with state of the art machinery present in our factories in India, thereby providing a wide range of durable products to satisfy the needs of consumers with varied requirements. The brand hosts a diversified product portfolio that includes Sanitaryware, faucets and water heaters. In the first half (Jan to Jun) of 2020, Johnson Pedder hugely expanded their product portfolio by launching 5 countertop basins, 2 exclusive single piece WCs, a new category of Self Riming basins and a faucet range: Deus that has quickly become the fastest moving range of the portfolio. Recently the brand also launched its new ranges of hygiene focused products like the Nexus Max, an anti-bacterial polymer cistern and elbow faucets with long handles to reduce the spread of germs. All product launches were conducted extravagantly over digital platforms, a first for a brand in this segment. Already the brand has established itself very well in the South and North market and we plan to aggressively expand our presence across the East and West regions as well. During the calendar year 2019 the Johnson Pedder brand registered an impressive sales growth of 104% over year 2018. This doubling of sales happened thru focused approach on product and market expansion. The brand also recently launched ‘Johnson Pedder- Safe Buy’ an online platform designed to connect with consumers digitally and maintain contact with them during these times when traditional methods have been halted.
