Indiabulls Housing Finance raises Rs 7,000 crore
Indiabulls Housing Finance has raised Rs 7,000 crore in total marking half of the total issue size as an option to retain oversubscription. Those bonds offered interest rates ranging from 8.15-9.15 per cent with three, five and ten year maturities. “ With the success of this issue, the company has further diversified its funding sources and will help in reducing its cost of funds,” said Gagan Banga, managing director, Indiabulls Housing Finance.
