House of Hiranandani wins Great Place To Work certification
House of Hiranandani, a premium real estate brand developing iconic integrated communities in India is pleased to announce that it has been certified as a “Great Place to Work” among other reputed workplaces in recognition of its employee-friendly policies by the Great Place to Work® Institute. The certification is important as the Institute’s methodology is recognized as rigorous and objective, and is considered as the gold standard for defining great workplaces across business, academia and government organizations. House of Hiranandani, known for the architectural marvels it creates, has received the certification in the category of Small and Mid-Size organisations for its scores in an employee survey along with Culture Audit© People Practices Assessment conducted by the Institute. House of Hiranandani’s scores on two important dimensions, Pride and Credibility, have been identified as key strengths relative to the India Top 50 Great mid-size workplaces benchmark. While pride measures employees' sense of pride in their work by assessing their feelings towards their job, team and company, credibility measures the extent to which employees see management as credible (believable, trustworthy), by assessing their perceptions of management's communication practices, competence and integrity. Commenting on the certification, Ms. Neha Hiranandani, Director, House of Hiranandani said: “This certification is truly a strong testament to our core values and employee-friendly initiatives. It re-affirms the amazing team we have and the strong base we have built together to create a world class work environment. Our commitment to continuously improving our employee experience and creating a differentiated workplace culture is directly linked with our success as a company. It is even more rewarding that the recognition is a direct reflection of how our employees truly feel about our company. We will continue to build on this success to further strengthen our culture and people practices and strive to make HOH an even better workplace in years to come.” The Great Place To Work certification is valid until September 2020, and allows the company the opportunity to be considered for the Top 50 list of India's Great Mid-Size Workplaces 2020 next year. Every year, over 10,000 organisations from over 60 countries partner the Institute for assessment, benchmarking and planning actions to strengthen their workplace culture.
