While a detailed project report (DPR) was prepared for the entire project in 2016, the same shall be reviewed and extended with changes where necessary said Uttar Pradesh chief secretary Anup Chandra Pandey on Tuesday. “The metro consecution will be done on pro rata basis,” said Pandey. Even as Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRA) has been appointed the nodal agency for the phase 2 metro expansion scheme, GNIDA will provide Rs 151 cr as its part of the share (from the total Rs 1521 cr) for the first part of phase 2 metro expansion. Rest of the amount will be procured by NMRC from Noida authority, central and state government.
