Hydraulic equipment provides cardio-vascular and resistance training, building strength, flexibility and endurance at the same time. According to the company, 30 minutes workout is the most intelligent way for a complete workout, for time-pressed members to achieve lasting weight-control, health and vitality including all five necessary components: Warm-up, Aerobic exercise, Strength training, Cool down and Stretching. The equipments build lean and healthy muscle and these are specially designed for men, women, senior citizens and even kids.
