DMRC to help NMRC
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) on Friday announced that it will assist the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) in operations and maintenance works of the upcoming Noida-Greater Noida corridor. The two companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which states that the DMRC will continue its assistance till three years after the commercial launch of the line. The construction work of the 29.7 km-long corridor is already being executed by the DMRC on behalf of the NMRC. The structural work on the corridor, which will have 21 stations, is expected to be completed by March 2017.
