“India is on the cusp of a revolution with self-realization and in my view this is the best period of human evolution and the overall growth of this industry I met with the government and shared some of the grievances we have had as an industry and was completely assured by their positive outlook and generosity towards fulfilling this industries needs some key points were discussed which will certainly bring a change in this industry which would certainly usher this industry into a new dimension and bring about a radical change with in the modus operandi of this industry”. These were the words with which Nayan Shah, President of CREDAI-MCHI who opened the floor and was invited as a Chief Guest for The 6th Area Real Estate Conference Conclave. The 6th Area Real Estate Conference Conclave held on 18th June 2019 at The Sahara Star, Mumbai was held with grandeur and magnificence as it was a very pleasant infotainment session with the various dignitaries who graced this event. The entire event was organized by The Association of Real Estate Agents (AREA) as the primary motive was to not only serve as an effective Platform for interactions between Realtors and Developers but to also play a pivotal role in emphasizing networking, advocacy and awareness-building within the real estate industry. “it’s a Revolution with self-realization there is a strong sense of positivity that the time has come for all the possible collaboration and corporation among the members representing this industry as we must have a symbiotic relationship as we will be having huge amount of projects and it would be much better if we always stand together with unity and face all the impediments I am certain that if we start having a symbiotic relationship we will definitely conquer all these obstacles “ also highlighted byNayan Shah. Further highlighted points byNayan Shah were as follows:- 1]Within 24 hours our PM has discussed of pumping an investment of 100 lakh crore rupees out of which 30 lakh crore will be completely utilized towards infrastructure. 2]The introduction of 5g and 8000 mega gigahertzes would completely revolutionize this industry as it would lead to the possibility of Block chain technology and Internet of things (IOT). Which in turn will lead to the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning as this will lead to tokenization, Smart contracts and Property Title. 3] Within 4 years Government wants the Indian Economy to move towards 5 trillion-dollar economy and therefore we as developers will definitely be needed on a lot of projects and this was discussed with the members of NitiAayog. Therefore for empowering Realtors enlightening them so as to further their cause and enabling them to meet global standards, the theme Scale up was revealed by the conference Chairman RamprasadPadhialso this event was supported by National Association of Realtors-India.
