Design Cafe, an award-winning home interiors company today announced the launch of its first experiential studio at R City Mall, Ghatkopar in Mumbai. Spread over 15,000 Sq Ft, the store offers a plethora of cutting-edge materials, finishes, designs and styles to help one put their personal touch to the whole home design experience. Design Café’s colossal experience center boasts of 13 kitchens displays, 7 living spaces, 2 large livingdining spaces in addition to a 1-bedroom-hall-kitchen show flat. This is Design Café's third studio after the last one was launched in Bangalore in September last year. The company is a full-service professional interior design and build firm, led by architects and focused on providing designer homes personalized to the client’s ideas and requirements at competitive prices. Using virtual reality, Design Café gives its customers a complete 360- degree experience of what their dream home will ultimately look like before they go ahead and sign off. Having designed and built almost 5000 homes across the country, Design Café aims to bring premium design and quality to the average home buyer, at any and every budget. Mumbai is the largest market for home interiors in India today. A 2BHK in cities like Bangalore and Delhi can be as much as 1200SqFt, whereas in Mumbai it would be approximately 600 SqFt, thus making it a unique and challenging market for any player in this space. However, Design Cafe is known for its innovative space maximization solutions and multi-functional designs claim to tackle this very issue of Mumbaikars and provide up to 20% extra space per SqFt in all their projects. To fulfill the projects for their customers in Mumbai, Design Cafe has tied up with several partner factories and will be setting up their own by January 2020. Gita Ramanan, co-founder of Design Cafe said “With the opening of this Design Café experience center in Mumbai, we are committed to identify and understand the specific details of our customers across segments and provide them with personalized home interiors design experience like never before. Mumbai is our first city after being successful in home-ground Bangalore and hence very critical as we continue to scale further. Within the experience center, one will find several elements in line with the latest trends, that they will need to put their dream home together, and we will be right beside them through their journey.”
