Capacit'e Infraprojects gets Rs. 300 crore order from Radius Developer
Capacit’s Infraprojects has bagged two orders from Radius Developer worth Rs 300 crore. Both the projects will be developed in Mumbai. In the first order, Capacit'e will be joining hands with DB Realty to construct an 80 floors high-rise project at Mahalaxmi. The contract would be for approximately Rs 185 crore. The company will also be developing a residential project at Santacruz under a joint venture with Sumer Group. The contract would be for approximately Rs 120 crore. Capacite Infraprojects has recently received regulatory clearance for their initial public offering (IPO).
