Biocube Founder Subodh Agrawal Takes Additional Role As Executive Chairman
Biocube Founder Subodh Agrawal has taken over additional responsibility as Executive Chairman. This was necessitated as the incumbent Project Head Prasar Sharma and Technology Head Dhananjay Kumar have left the Organisation with immediate effect. Biocube’s Co-Founder & Director Anil Sharma would continue to support as Executive Director - Strategy & vision. The company will be strengthening the management team by inducting new talent soon. Ratish Panicker – President / Chief Business Officer & Business Development Head Agrawal has over 35 years of top-level international experience across Asia, Far East, Europe & USA and participated in M&A transactions valued in excess of $30bn particularly in the telecom, steel, oil and gas and mining sectors. He has advised on equity & other financings in excess of $10bn in infrastructure, engineering, metals, media, textiles, aviation, mining, hospitality etc. Agrawal has also been instrumental in the growth of Euromax in Africa resulting in projects worth several billion dollars. Agrawal pioneered LNG in India in 1995 creating a Joint Venture with Govt. of India Co. for the construction of a $1.3 billion facility of a private natural gas reseller. He enjoys special relationships and confidence of business and political leaders across geographies.
