AltF CoWorking acquires Daftar India
AltF CoWorking has acquired Noida-based Daftar India, a shared space provider. With this acquisition, AltF CoWorking will add 14,000 sq ft and over 250 seats to its existing capacity. It already has an inventory of 1,000 seats in its eight centres in Gurgaon and charges Rs 4,000-9,000 per seat per month. Sarthak Chhabra, director & co-founder, AltF CoWorking, commented, “The focus of our expansion strategy has been on taking the acquisition route to further build our presence in the target markets. This is because existing facilities allow for the faster transformation of spaces in line with both the brand identity as well as the specific requirements of our customers, as opposed to building one from scratch.” The company plans to add 3-4 centres in NCR by the year-end. “We now plan to open spaces which have 25,000-30,000 sq ft area but will continue to provide affordable pricing at about Rs 7,000 per seat per month,” said Chhabra.
