The Confluence of Fashion and Interior Design

Presented & hosted by Istituto Marangoni and curated by Eztablish Design Communication, The Confluence of Interior Design and Fashion was an interactive dialogue amongst a panel of talented professionals that came together to discuss the rising overlap in two key design industries : Fashion and Interiors. The panel included Marcella Bricchi of Istituto Marangoni, Annkur Khosla of Annkur Khosla Design Studio, representing the interior design industry, along with Kunal Rawal of Kunal Rawal Label and Pranav Misra of Huemn rooting for fashion design. Moderated by renowned design influencer and communication consultant Ronitaa Italia, the discussion revolved around the evolution of design, impact of social media and most importantly the infusion of both the design domains, Interior and Fashion.   Addressing the overlap within the design domains, the panel offered a healthy debate that highlighted on the similarities and differences between the verticals, and their collaboration with each other. Insights into ideologies, processes, trends, social media, and changing technologies were shared. The discussion was followed up by a casual networking where the designers and audience connected over cocktails and appetizers. The event was fortuned with a full house audience that created an interactive environment. An absolute success, the discussion opened the door to generate curiosity, procure knowledge, and a stimulating discussion on The Confluence of Fashion and Interior Design.
