Tata Hitachi inaugurated its new Machine Care Facility (MCF) set up by their dealership, PSN Group at Bengaluru. This is yet another step in Tata Hitachi’s constant endeavour to further strengthen customer service in Karnataka State.

Tata Hitachi inaugurated its new Machine Care Facility (MCF) set up by their dealership, PSN Group at Bengaluru. This is yet another step in Tata Hitachi’s constant endeavour to further strengthen customer service in Karnataka State.
Tata Hitachi holds largest machine population of Excavators in Karnataka and the machine care facility is fully equipped with trained technicians and genuine spare parts to cater to maintenance and service requirement of machines. The facility consists of workshops for Machine refurbishment, Welding, Fabrication, Paint shop, Engine and Hydraulic workshop. The workshop will also offer customised maintenance packages and service contracts.
“This facility forms part of Tata Hitachi’s continuing endeavour to provide best-in-class service support by enhancing our proximity to customers,” said Sandeep Singh, Managing Director, Tata Hitachi. “The idea is to ensure maximum reach in minimum possible time. We are confident that this new machine care facility will further reinforce our capabilities to better service the customer,” he added.
