Seedle by DC Group creates a haven for rejuvenation with Rustomjee Urbania

Rustomjee Urbania is one of the most-sought after residential complex in Thane created to cater to over 1000 residents spanning over 35,000 sq. ft. Although the complex caters to the middle-income population, Seedle by DC Group has carefully crafted their common amenities and common rooms that encapsulate a feeling of high-end luxury within the residents. This state-of-the-art residential tower includes contemporary amenities like an in-house gym, café and party halls to cater to every need of the resident. Utilising materials created in-house, Seedle has intelligently crafted the space by blurring indoor and outdoor design aspects to provide an illusion of a large and inviting area. The idea was to create a recreation hub with a lot of connected spaces instead of divided rooms. The space was created to craft a unique recreational experience that focus on good quality and well planned spaces instead of a focusing on materials and colour palettes. The rooms are adorned by quirky sculptures that are designed to recreate human emotions connected to the purpose of the room. The simply crafted space is designed to let in natural light and natural ventilation making the space sustainable and healthy while creating a relaxed environment for residents to recreate and rejuvenate within.
