Sale of Ludhiana civic body's properties on cards

After a gap of four months, the MC General House meeting will take place on February 4 in which the proposal to sell some of the prime properties of MC will be tabled along with a few more resolutions. The house members will also sanction the allotment of work order to the private firm selected for the outdoor advertisement rights in the city. Other resolutions included giving jobs on compassionate grounds to kin and family members of various MC employees. The house meeting will revolve around taking steps to increase the MC income through possible measures.
