Expressing dissatisfaction over ‘zero’ progress in mason training programme under Pradhan MantriAwasYojana - Gramin (PMAY-G), Rajasthan rural development department has issued a directive to the collectors of the districts to pick up the speed of mason training programme and has asked them to send the details of selected trainees by January 14.
In view of the review meeting of rural development ministry's performance committee on January 15 and 16, additional chief secretary (ACS) in charge of rural development in the state Rajeshwar Singh has written to the Collectors of the districts in this regard. The aspect of mason training will also be reviewed in the meeting.
